Three Day Winter Training Clinics 2020
Testimonial from a Clinic Rower Jan 2020
"I've been to other rowing camps that follow a system, irrespective of the athlete's needs... With Coach Franky, the coaching was personalized. He focused on working with me, and coaching me based on the skill set I had... he coached me with specific unique explanations and drills to reinforce those changes... it led to far greater learning and adaptation of my technique than I did in more boat time elsewhere..."
" 10/10 would repeat and recommend." J.T.

RowHouse is offering an opportunity for Masters, Juniors, College and Elite Rowers to train with Olympic level Head Coach, Franky Viacava, in a small class, with up to three single rowers or two doubles/pairs or one 4x/4+/4-. "My goal ,as a coach, is to build a strong bond with each rower so that I can become part of their long term support system in competitive rowing". Coach Franky.
Each rower will get individual training in a two-hour session that includes 90 minutes on the water and 30 minutes with video review with personalized drills to improve each rower’s technique.
During the three-day course, the rower will master custom technical changes in order to increase boat speed. The changes in technique will lead to a higher level of rowing that will surprise even the most seasoned rower.
The use of video analysis by Coach Franky, in the classroom portion of each day’s session, will allow each rower to improve by understanding and visually seeing the requested personal technique changes and how they impact their stroke. Coach Franky will give each rower individual solutions to their rowing style as well as special drills that they can practice during the sessions and on their own after the weekend.
The clinics will be held from 7am- 9am Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the dates listed below.
Clinic Dates:
Jan 3-5 Feb 28-Mar 1
Jan 10-12 Mar 20-22
