Detailed Description of the Masters Sculling Clinic:

During the two-day course, the rower will master custom technical changes in order to increase boat speed. The changes in technique will lead to a higher level of rowing that will surprise even the most seasoned rower.

With Coach Franky’s system you will feel the changes, be able to understand them and generate a better “run” of the boat. It will be a very special experience for each rower.

The use of video analysis by the Coach, in the classroom portion of the weekend, will allow each rower to improve by understanding and visually seeing the requested personal technique changes and how they impact their stroke. It will give each rower individual solutions to their rowing style as well as special drills that they can practice during the session and on their own.

Coach Franky has successfully trained rowers of all ages to reach their full potential including rowers that will be at U19 Worlds in Tokyo in 2019, World Cup and Olympic level rowers aiming for 2020.

Tuition Includes:

  • Equipment
