Post Spring Rowing Camp is for Middle School and Upper School and a Learn to Row Group

Use this perfect interim season to improve your power, technique and speed as a JV or Varsity rower.

Three Training Groups:

1) Preparation for SRAA Scholastic Nationals and US Rowing Youth Nationals - Open to rowers selected by the Coach and those rowers who have qualified for either of these regattas.

2) JV and Varsity rowers interested in improving their technique in sculling and sweep in our singles, doubles, pairs, quads, fours and eight.

3) Learn to Row Group (min 3 rowers)  2x per week with focus on the learning technique first on the erg and then using those skills on the water to learn how to row. Ideal time to try rowing and be ready for the summer camp and/or fall rowing season.

Middle School: Tuesdays and Thursdays (4:30 - 6:30 pm)

Upper School: Monday - Friday  4:00/4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Learn to Row Group: Tues and Thurs (4:30 - 6:30 pm)

Week 1 May 13 - 17

Week 2 May 20 - 24

Week 3 May 27 - 31

Week 4 June 3 - 7

Training and Rowing is a year-round sport at Miami International RowHouse. 

Wear tight fitting shorts, tee shirt, hat/visor, sunglasses, sunscreen, socks, and sneakers.

Bring a water bottle for hydration.
